At La Nolli, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an accessory, please follow the guidelines below.

Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

Products must be:

• Unused and in perfect condition

• Returned with original packaging, tags, and all components

• Accompanied by the invoice

• Items showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Please include your name, order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

Shipping Costs

If the item is defective or the wrong product was sent, La Nolli covers the return shipping cost.

For returns due to change of mind, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only via bank transfer or MBWay.

Processing takes 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and verified.

Exchanges

You may choose an exchange for another item or receive a store credit valid for 6 months.
